Refund Policy

When Bby Wow Guy AI refunds credits, when it does not, and how to ask.

The short version

  • A render the provider rejects returns its credits automatically.
  • A render that completes is not refundable because you dislike the result.
  • Subscription cancellations stop future renewals; they do not refund the current period.
  • Duplicate or unauthorised charges are refunded after we verify them.

Failed renders

We reserve credits when you press Generate and only keep them when the provider returns a video. If the provider rejects the job, times out or returns no file, the task is marked failed and the reserved credits are returned to the grant they came from. This is automatic and does not need a support ticket.

If the credits do not appear within 15 minutes, email support@bbywowguyai.online with the task id from My videos.

Completed renders

Generative video is variable. A clip that completed and can be downloaded counts as delivered, even if the face, motion or background differs from what you expected. We do not refund completed renders for taste, likeness, timing or social-platform performance.

If a completed clip is technically broken — for example it will not play, or it is the wrong resolution or length — contact us with the task id and we will re-render it or return the credits.

Subscriptions

You can cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps the credits from the current period until that period ends. We do not refund a period that has already started.

Duplicate and unauthorised charges

If you were charged twice for one order, or you do not recognise a charge, email us with the order id, the date and the last four digits of the card. We investigate with Stripe and refund a confirmed duplicate or unauthorised charge to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback. A chargeback freezes the account and its credits while the card network investigates. We will provide the order record, the entitlement record and the delivery log.
