The service

Bby Wow Guy AI turns a photo or a written scene into a short vertical video using third-party generative models. The site, the studio, the credit system and the generated output are provided by Shinstar LLC ("we", "us").

Bby Wow Guy AI is an independent fan tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Eve Ramírez, KAROL G, her record label, TikTok, Instagram, CapCut or any other rights holder connected to the bby wow guy meme or the song "BbY WOW".

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy credits. By uploading a photo you confirm that you are the person in it, or that you are an adult who has that person's permission. For anyone under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent and supervise the upload.

What you may upload

You may upload a photo of yourself or an adult who has agreed to appear. You may not upload:

• a celebrity, public figure, politician, athlete or musician;
• another person's photo without their permission;
• anyone under 18 without a guardian's consent;
• sexual, nude or sexually suggestive imagery;
• content that depicts violence, self-harm, hate, harassment or illegal activity;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.

We run automated moderation on every prompt and every photo and refuse a render that fails. We may also remove a clip and suspend an account that repeatedly violates these rules.

Generated output

Generative models are variable. A clip may differ from what you imagined, may contain artefacts, and may not reproduce a face exactly. We do not guarantee a particular result, a particular likeness, or that a clip will be accepted by any social platform.

You are responsible for labelling realistic AI-generated content when you post it, and for following the rules of the platform where you post it.

Credits, prices and renewals

Prices, credit amounts and the credit cost of a clip are shown in the studio and on the pricing page before you pay. The server is the source of truth for every charge.

• One-time pack credits never expire.
• Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of the billing month.
• Yearly subscription credits expire at the end of the billing year.
• We spend the earliest-expiring credits first.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps the credits you already paid for until the end of the current period.

We may change prices for future purchases. A change never alters the price of an order you have already paid for.

Refunds

A render that the provider rejects returns its credits automatically. A completed render is not refundable because you dislike the result. The full rules are on the Refund Policy.

Your content and our content

You keep ownership of the photo you upload and of the clip we generate for you, subject to the third-party model provider's terms. You grant us the limited licence needed to store the photo, send it to the moderation and generation providers, and deliver the result back to you.

The site's name, logo, layout, copy and code belong to us. You may not copy the service or resell access to it without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use Bby Wow Guy AI to impersonate a real person, to deceive viewers about whether a video is real, to harass or defame anyone, to create sexual content, or to break the law. Do not attempt to bypass moderation, rate limits, credit charges or access controls.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
